Policies and Cancellation Procedure GO Surplus does not require any term commitments or contracts for Internet Service. We do not refund service fees as long as we are able to continue to provide the intended services. If you cancel service for your own reasons, we do not refund monies already paid. Cancellation requests must be made prior to the end of the billing period, but will not be processed until the end of the paid period. If you have paid for a long-term account (i.e. bi-annual, annual) and cancel by your own free will, we will not refund any remaining months. If you have a long-term account and we raise or lower our rates, you will not be charged more or less for the remaining months. When paying in advance you are locking in the monthly rate that we have at the time you signup. If for any reason GO Surplus cannot provide Internet Access in your area, we would, of course, refund any unused fees. |
